By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued once the service has been completed or provided, regardless of whether the service was fully utilized or not.

Conditions for Refund Request Consideration

We will not entertain refund requests once the service has been delivered. However, if there is a situation where our team fails to perform the service as agreed or if the service was not provided as described, we may consider resolving the issue with further support or a service redo. These situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests under any of these exceptional circumstances must be made within 14-20 days of service completion.

All refund requests must be accompanied by proof of the issue, and each case will be evaluated individually. If a refund is determined to be applicable, it will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
